Jacqueline Danzer (born May 16th, 1967) is a real estate broker in the State of Florida. She is the broker-owner of D'Lux Real Estate Services, LLC. that specialized in various real estate industries: Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Land for Development.

Law Career

Ms. Danzer was born in Maracay, Aragua, Venezuela from German and Austrian descendants she became an attorney at Law in 1989 at Andres Bello Catholic University (UCAB), Caracas, Venezuela. While practicing law she continued her studies, got a master in Mercantile law, concentration on Intellectual Property Law(1991), and another Master in Financial Management(1993).The political and social chaos that Venezuelan was undergoing made her move to the USA(1995) establishing herself as a foreign legal consultant of Venezuelan law at Hendry, Stoner, Sawicki and Brown, P.A. an international Law Firm in downtown Orlando, Florida, where Ms. Danzer became a liaison between foreigners and Americans specializing in immigration and business laws, as well as real estate, taxation and investments.

Real Estate

By the year 2008 Ms. Danzer relocated from Orlando to Surfside, Florida during the historic financial crisis. She was about to start retirement when her personal health took a turn on her plans and deviated her attention to other matters. The events that happened during that time made her recognized how important real estate is for the human being and decided to continue working in the real estate brokerage when she incorporated D'Lux Real Estate Services, LLC, a boutique real estate firm that represents non-traditional institutional clients in real estate transactions of commercial, industrial, residential and land for development with the highest quality service of an institutional broker. Ms. Danzer adopted for her real estate services the following slogan: "All events, no matter how important, tragic, romantic or insignificant, always happen in a place. That place is what we call Real Estate." She will always say: "You may have heard of the saying location, location, location. For us, that has an important meaning because people will turn their thoughts and dreams into that location. And the same feeling will happen when a client is looking for a material possession, most likely defined as 'a good deal', when searching for the perfect real estate deal".

Ms. Danzer had a son Konrad Alexander Danzer continues living in the State of Florida.
