La temporada 2023 del Campeonato de Italia de Fórmula 4 fue la décima edición de dicho campeonato. Comenzó el 21 de abril en Imola y finalizó el 15 de octubre en Vallelunga.

El polaco Kacper Sztuka se quedó con el título de pilotos, mientras que Prema Racing ganó el título de escuderías.^[1]
