Idiomas Católica (PUCP)

Idiomas Católica is the Pontificia Catholic University of the Peru's language institute. It started activities on February 3rd, 1986.

Methodology

Idiomas Católica's methodology has been renewing as investigation and resources of education have gone changing in the world. Initially, the methodology based in American linguist Stephen Krashen's proposals, Emeritus Professor of the south University of California, that emphasized the use of the comprehensible input in education and application of the natural processes in language acquisition. Later, they added concepts of the communicative education developed in the United Kingdom. Afterwards, they included lexical approach's contributions.

At the moment, it has four venues in Lima:

• Idiomas Católica in San Isidro
• Idiomas Católica in Chacarilla (San Borja)
• Idiomas Católica in Camacho (La Molina)
