Русский: Штандарт (флаг) Губернатора Калининградской области представляет собой квадратное полотнище, разделенное волнообразной линией на две полосы: верхнюю - красного и нижнюю - синего цветов (цвета герба Калининградской области). В центре - серебряное изображение крепости с размещением над ней золотого вензеля императрицы Елизаветы Петровны.
